Integris (US subsidiary of OPIsystems) the world-leading provider of grain quality management solutions is seeking an EXPERIENCED and SUCCESSFUL Marketing Manager to join our US operations team. The person we are seeking is highly organized, detailed-oriented, analytical, pro-active, and able to multi-task who would like to explore an opportunity to further their career where they can use their past experience and knowledge to lead our marketing initiatives and create brand awareness in the US market.

Primary Duties include
1. Develop Annual Strategic Marketing Plan
2. Manage Marketing Budget
3. Manage Integris Brand
4. Manage Agency
5. Creative Writing and Editing
6. Sales Support and Competitive Intelligence
7. Manage Website update and ongoing maintenance
8. Manage Trade Shows

Develop annual Strategic Marketing Plan
- Work in conjunction with the Executive Team and Sales to develop plan.
- Including Objectives & Strategies and detail the years activities to meet them.
Manage Marketing Budget
- Develop annual marketing budget as part of plan.
- To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Provide quantifiable objectives for projected marketing spending
Manage Brand
- Work with the Executive Team and Agency to develop brand positioning, strategy, and tactics through market segmentation and segment targeting driving to Blue Ocean market opportunities
- Responsible for maintaining a positive image for the company and its brands and maintaining consistency of messaging in all marketing communications to customers, prospects, and general public
Manage Agency
Manage agency relationship including overall marketing and communications plan
Manage specific projects for each approved element of the marketing plan
Support Sales and Competitive Intelligence
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competition and marketing best practices to increase brand strength, lead generation and product positioning and development
Develop and manage lead generation initiatives such as direct mail, online advertising, search engine marketing, webinars, etc.
Manage website upgrade and ongoing maintenance
- Oversee creation and management of Web site copy, content, graphics, and messaging
- Oversee Web site launch
- Manage CRM and website opt-in email marketing process
- Insure Search Engine Optimization
Manage Trade Show Participation
- Identify and coordinate logistics for key Trade Shows for Integris participation including supporting shows identified by DSMs and potential International shows
- Work targeted trade shows including show preparation, logistics, shipping, set up and working the booth with the sales team
- Maintenance and management of our tradeshow booth
- Coordinate with Agency for Press and Speaking opportunities during shows
- Coordinate with HR for recruiting opportunities and requirements
Marketing support for Sales and Management
Develop comprehensive Best Customer Profile including demographics and psychographics of our market
Develop list of suspect/prospect accounts meeting BCP
Implement successful multi-touch mailing campaigns to suspect and prospect accounts
Manage messaging in all customer contacts through email templates and improved Sales Team training
