Olathe Health System, Inc. is the parent company of Olathe Medical Center, Miami County Medical Center and Olathe Medical Services Inc., a network of physician clinics offering care in Johnson, Miami, Anderson and Linn Counties. POSITION SUMMARY: Acts as the senior accounts payable position with extensive knowledge of the accounts payable system. Assists, as needed, with the 1099 processing and generation of 1099 forms. Responsible for reviewing all accounts payables reports to ensure accuracy. Trains new accounts payable clerks. Ensures efficiency of the accounts payable process. Compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares them for processing. Reviews completed accounts payable runs, prepares manual checks, responds to employee/vendor inquiries and works on special projects as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION: Minimum High School or GED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years preferred
