Primary Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Definition
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Drive and challenge business partners on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
Understands technical design specifications.
Defines test conditions.
Develops accurate and complete test plans.
Conducts testing according to plan.
Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
Project Execution
Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.
Adheres to project standards defined by project management.
Accurately employs our methodology and documentation tools.
Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions.
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively
Requirements:
3+ years of systems/accounting/business experience
Candidate must have experience using database software
Ideal qualification includes previous project management experience
Advanced Excel skills
Must be very intelligent, a fast learner, extremely detail oriented, and thorough with strong analytical skills
Must have a hands-on attitude and be willing to roll-up their sleeves to do anything and everything needed to support the efforts of the team
