Position Description
The Business Banker II supports the Bank's mission through effective sales and service, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. They are responsible for developing and managing small business banking relationships in accordance with the Bank's core values, the Bank's operational guidelines and the Bank's prescribed sales process in the Overland Park, KS area. The Business Banker II assists with accomplishing the area's business goals, positively impacting business development strategies, sales efforts and market expansion. Significant focus is on loan production, deposit growth and sales of non-credit fee-based products. They serve as the primary contact and financial advisor for designated customers, providing financial solutions that address both business and personal needs. The Business Banker II targets business customers with loan needs up to $1,000,000 and retail customers with a net worth of $500K, income of $125K, investable assets of $150K (2 of these 3); however, the Business Banker may manage larger relationships as approved by the Manager, Business Banking (or Area Executive in markets without a MBB) and in conjunction with appropriate support from Credit Administration. Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Four-year college degree and 2 years experience in banking with emphasis in business lending/credit/business development required.

High school diploma or GED and 6 years experience in banking with emphasis in business lending/credit/business development required.
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical skills.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
