Role Summary/Purpose: - The Business Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Leadership role. Minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing experience. Desired Characteristics: - Machine Shop operational experience. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience developing and managing a global team is preferred. Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only). Ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify critical issues. Strong propensity for excelling in a demanding environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
