Business Tech Support Analyst I
* The primary objective of this position is to participate in project coordination and production support to the business. * Activities include requirement definition, research, analysis, testing, training and documentation associated with the maintenance, development and support of the applications. * You will provide a thorough understanding of AEB business processes in the Sales Support Centers, Risk, Customer Advocacy, and product portfolio. * You will attain a working knowledge of multiple internal applications including Compass, Solar and Online Advantage.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and self-directed with strong problem solving abilities. Resilient with change.
Knowledge of Test Methodology and Systems Development Lifecycle. Minimum of 2 years of experience with production support or project work on a software application.
