(Lathes & Mills)
Our client is seeking experienced CNC machinists with emphasis on operating lathes and/or mills. Hours for the position are: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm. Our client offers excellent benefits package, paid company shut down time, competitive wages and a climate controlled work environment.
Responsibilities:
Carry out the operations needed to make the machined products that meet precise specifications.
Run multiple setups each day with low quantity runs.
Requirements:
Must have demonstrated previous experience utilizing CNC lathes and mills: following the program, controlling the cutting tool speed, changing dull tools, and performing all necessary cuts to create parts while maintaining quality standards with no supervision.
Ability to use Fanuc controls required.
Previous experience working with tight tolerances and the ability to perform job set-up through first article and last part required.
Able to read blueprints.
Must have your own tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
