Direct management of all accounting and administrative functions including general, cost and manufacturing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, credit & collections, accounts payable/receivable, information technology and human resources including payroll.
Direct the preparation of financial statements and oversee reporting systems to provide regional and corporate management with standard and ad hoc reporting; interface with North American operating management to analyze trends and variances, and assist in the direction of the business.
With knowledge of the manufacturing process, review operating costs and implement appropriate measurements and targets. With manufacturing management teams, evaluate performance and coordinate corrective actions as necessary.

Direct the North American control environment through effective use of policies, procedures, audits, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must possess:
A Bachelors Degree in accounting and/or finance with a minimum of 10 years progressive accounting/finance experience with at least five years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience of U.S. GAAP required. Manufacturing cost accounting experience is essential. Knowledge of tax, state/local requirements, and other financial analytic skills desired.
Proficiency with using automated accounting software packages and PC spreadsheet applications is required.
CPA/MBA strongly preferred. Public Accounting experience (Big 4) is a plus.
Candidate must be able to perform in and interact effectively with Regional Management Team.
International experience/exposure desired as high interaction with cross-border intercompany vendors and customers.
