POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the production, presentation, and safe storage of foods for the patients, staff, and visitors of Miami County Medical Center, Inc. Also responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and all other duties as assigned.
The cook position may be required to work other position assignments within Nutritional Care, including, but not limited to cashier, nutritional care worker, diet office, purchasing coordinator. Cook position at Miami County Medical Center, Inc. is expected to support the mission, vision, and values of Miami County Medical Center, Inc.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Some High School
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
1 - 2 years quantity food preparation
REGISTRATION:

SKILLS:
Good communication, assessment, and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks, and effectively address multiple situations. Knowledge of food safety/sanitation and preparation methods.
