Our client is a growing independent adjusting firm which is seeking a Director of Claims Sales and Marketing. This is an opportunity for a "Rain Maker" to come into this upper management position to help build a national presence for this organization.

The right person will need to have a firm understanding of the business, fixed costs and breakeven points and how they relate to profits. The successful candidate could come from a large TPA or independent adjusting company but must be able to produce new business.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years' experience in property / catastrophe claims
Must be able to bring in business across the United States for Daily Claims work and for Catastrophe work
Must have a verifiable, successful track record for sales results
Must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent leadership and communications skills
Someone who is motivated by large bonuses generated by building an organization
This position represents a significant career opportunity.
Compensation will be a combination of base salary and bonus. The bonus is uncapped and based on a percentage of net profits of newly acquired business. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Job 3331.
