Position Description Our National Technology Business Solutions practice is seeking a full-time Consultant for our Microsoft Dynamics AX team. This position will be based out of Minneapolis but can be located out of any McGladrey office in our West Region. These individuals will support our growing Microsoft Dynamics AX consulting practice. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a self-starter who likes to take initiative in planning and implementing innovative ideas. The overall objective of this position is to provide a positive impact on helping our Microsoft Dynamics team service our growing base of clients.
Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Supporting new and existing customers in Microsoft Dynamics AX. * US Travel required 75% to 100% to client locations. Preferred Qualifications * Significant experience in successfully managing three or more Dynamics AX implementations (references will be required) * Minimum of at least two Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 certifications (Trade and Logistics, Production and Financials preferred). * Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage the consulting team as well as the client team and develop strong working relationships with clients while mentoring the consultants deployed on the project. * Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a consulting environment. * Desire to learn, grow and exceed both management and client expectations. * Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with the Microsoft SureStep Implementation Methodology * Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry or with financial applications is a plus.
