Front Desk/Concierge Duties & Responsibilities
The duties of the concierge are below but not limited to:
Assist management in posting and delivering notices.
Enter work orders into Yardi and print for maintenance.
Follow up with residents on pending/outstanding work orders.
Accept payments and prepare deposits for the bank.
Create monthly newsletter and elevator board by the end of every month.
Assist management in daily property duties.
Check in all visitors with photo ID and vehicle info if they are parked in our lot.
Assist all visitors and residents with their hands full into the building
Clean the lobbies, empty the trash cans, and keep restrooms on lobby level clean and stocked. There are 3 lobby restrooms total.
Check in and check out packages and dry cleaning for residents.
Answer the front desk phone.
Monitor all security cameras and check for suspicious activity. If someone is moving out that has not reserved the elevator, follow up.
Assist in reserving amenities, placing work orders and taking messages.
Enforce all Rules and Regulations at the property.
Concierges are to wear collared white button up dress shirts, solid colored tie, dark colored slacks or skirts and dress shoes that are appropriate with the uniform to work.
Requirements:
Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, able to navigate skillfully on the internet and email, and willingness to learn.
The position is part time with the possibility for full time. Monday through Friday. Hours are negotiable.
