Title: Help Desk/Technical Support - Consultant Location: null Other Locations: null Under supervision, provides support to end-users for PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices. May respond to, diagnose and troubleshoot problems through discussion with users, to restore service and/or identify and correct problems. Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems. Typically resolves less complex problems while referring more complex problems to senior level. Requires good communications skills with the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully. Minimum 3 yrs desktop/tech support experience required.
