Job Description
The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to meet organization objectives for the DST Brokerage Solutions business vertical. From a strategic planning standpoint, primary responsibilities include working closely with product area leadership, development teams, internal sales resources, and affiliate marketing resources to identify opportunities, define strategies, establish/support brands, and construct short- and long-term marketing plans. Plans will include strategic and tactical applications that will focus on compilation/analysis of market research, go-to-market strategies, campaign development (including print and digital campaigns), media campaign development, identification of web-site strategies, tradeshow campaign development, collateral development, direct mail campaigns, special promotional events, social media strategies, etc. Another primary duty includes the direct coordination and supervision of all efforts to implement tactical strategies specific to research collection, developing ad concepts, writing/editing ad copy, identifying target publications, writing press releases, establishing/supporting press relationships, coordinating print/electronic media production, developing direct mail pieces, and identifying internet-based marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develops and executes marketing plans and go-to-market programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
* Develops and executes marketing communications campaigns based on an appropriate mix of customer-centric campaigns with campaigns that appeal to the broader vertical audiences.
* Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, competitive and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
* Establishes and measures marketing goals to drive share of market and profitability of solutions.
* Coordinates and develops product positioning and messaging to effectively position and differentiate solutions in the target vertical
* Communicates value propositions and positioning messages of the solution to the sales team in support of effective selling processes.
* Ensures effective control of marketing results and corrective action to realize marketing objectives while managing the marketing budgets.
* Evaluate market reactions to programs to ensure timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
* Works with available internal and external resources to oversee copywriting, design and production of promotional materials.
* Confers with legal staff to review/approve content, copyright infringement, royalty requirements, etc.
* Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and tradeshows to position products and services.
* Communicates and coordinates with third party vendors and other enterprise resources on ongoing campaign development.
* Prepares marketing activity reports and updates to management.
* Maintains professional internal and external relationships that are consistent with company core values.
* Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.
* Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

* Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
* Extensive experience in recognizing and developing messaging that resonates to broader audiences and specific clients and prospects.
* Proven experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns or social collaboration communication strategies.
* Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
* Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
* Familiarity in basic marketing communications infrastructures, including technologies that support web-site development, interactive media, design, print production, social media collaboration, etc.
* Experience with relevant software applications, including office applications, presentation applications, project management software, etc.
* Proven experience in gathering market information and research to support product development and marketing communications strategies. Required Skills 5+ years full marketing life-cycle experience within the Broker-Dealer industry. Full or Part Time Full-Time Travel Requirements 50% Working Hours or Shift Not Applicable
