Part-Time, Home Based Bookkeeper
Part-time Bookkeeper Wanted, work from your own home
Our Overland Park based company is expanding and has a part-time position available for someone with QuickBooks experience to help manage the business finances including:
- Balancing company checkbooks
- Processing online Visa and AMEX orders
- Creating weekly and quarterly reports
- Verifying vendor invoices
- Following up on Account Receivables
- Complete payroll reports and filings
This is a home based position that will require 5-10 hours per week but you must be able to work during daytime hours.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have 2-3 years’ experience with QuickBooks, good references, a private home office, and be able to pass a background check.
