Responsibilities:
LSA is seeking senior level Project Managers with specific experience in strategy, planning, and operations related to LTE, the next generation of wireless telecommunications services and infrastructure being deployed by major wireless carriers. Our client, a large wireless carrier, is establishing their LTE roadmap, with extensive technology and business planning, with program launch activities now underway.
The ideal candidate will come from an extensive wireless telecommunications background, with direct experience in business and technology aspects of strategy, planning and management of carrier LTE deployments. This person will bring business side understanding of the transformation required to move to this next generation services platform, with impacts spanning all areas of business and technical operations.
In addition to very specific requirements for experience in the LTE space, as well as proven PM skill set, a successful candidate will also have senior level communications ability – the person filling this role will be working very closely with top executive management, and will be developing and delivering executive presentations and participating in the top-level steering committee.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a name brand consulting background with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the leading PM and related methodologies: “big 4”-type training, PMI-PMBOK. Candidates not coming from significant professional consulting background will need to demonstrate equivalent experience having served in a key program role for a wireless carrier LTE rollout.
Other enabling background will include sophisticated communications skills, including top-tier executive presentation creation and delivery in PowerPoint and/or Visio, in-depth project planning and management using MS-Project, dynamic facilitation skills, ability to work at multiple levels including to VP and C-level, and ability enlist and drive participation of cross-functional client, vendor and LSA team members. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their strong skills in developing and delivering high-impact, intellectually and visually stimulating program materials to client executives.
Required Qualifications:
• Direct experience leading or serving in a senior role for a carrier’s LTE business and technology rollout.

• Experience at a top tier consulting firm, with commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients.
• Bachelors or Masters degree required.
• At least 10 years of Project Management experience is required, with strong MS-Project skills.
• Proven experience deploying and executing industry-standard Project Management methodologies.
• Must possess and demonstrate outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact at senior executive levels.
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills.
• Readiness to adapt work and personal schedules to client needs.
• Ability to build team cohesiveness to achieve results.
• Highly skilled in organization and planning.
• Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment.
