Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, receives incoming deliveries of materials in accordance with PSC policies, practices and procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Compiles receiving paperwork for inbound shipments. • Checks all manifests for accuracy and completeness. • Enters data from manifests into Preview • Signs manifests on behalf of PSC, understanding that this is a legal document. • Receives and stores information in the tracking system. • Prints labels for drum storage, tracking and reconciling inventory. • Ensures documents are sent to the appropriate agencies within the allotted time. • Performs a variety of supporting clerical duties including data entry, filing, faxing and copying. • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • High school diploma or equivalent JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: • 0-2 years receiving work
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures • Working knowledge of applicable environmental regulations • Attention to detail • Organized • Ability to communicate orally and in writing • Ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines • Ability to provide feedback • Working knowledge of PC and PC applications such as Excel and Word • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations WORKING CONDITIONS: • Outside/Inside 100232
