Primary Purpose Operate as the team lead for the Construction and Procurement team, providing daily management and support of a team of recruiters and staffing coordinator(s). Develop and execute a global staffing strategy for the division, including how to source, assess and attract the right talent. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manages overall recruiting strategy for the division.
Evaluates the effectiveness of various sources to determine where to invest recruitment dollars for the best return on investment.
Provides daily management support of recruiting team to guide them in implementing the most cost effective and efficient approach to staffing.
Works closely with the Global Staffing Manager to implement corporate programs, processes and tools within the diviion.
In addition, the Staffing Lead provides recruiting services to hiring managers and department heads.
Conducts interviews, meets with hiring managers to determine the top candidates, establishes salary, checks references and extends verbal and written employment offers.
Participates in client meetings.
Recommends starting salaries, promotions, salary increases, steps for progressive discipline and termination.
Informs or advises Division HR Manager regarding staffing issues.
Serves on various project teams or committees, as assigned.
Identifies and assesses improvement opportunities which will add value. Champions continuous improvement efforts in the global staffing process. Assesses and supports the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years progressive recruiting experience, including significant sourcing experience. International recruiting experience preferred.
2+ years experience managing a recruiting team. Preferred Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent HR experience.
