As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing and have a number of exciting positions available right now. B/E Aerospace's Commercial Aircraft Segment is seeking energetic, self-starters for the position of Sales and Marketing Support Specialist/Contracts Administrator at our Lenexa, KS facility. At our Lenexa site we manufacture and assemble a wide selection of passenger and crew oxygen storage and delivery systems. This position is responsible for administering activities related to contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products or services. Other responsibilities include:

 
* Planning and implementing activities that support the sales/marketing functions, including sales proposals, the administrations of contracts and other support functions.
* Preparing analysis on markets, competition, products and development of plans and strategies for addressing analysis results.
* Monitoring company conformance to original proposal and maintain continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met.
* Reviewing and interpret governmental regulations and other procurement requirements. Provide pre and post sales support to customers.
* Independently prepare sales presentations, contract reviews and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
* Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Engineering Departments to compile and provide product line information used in proposals and customer presentations.
* Coordinating special events for customers.
* Administrating and coordinating assigned activities involving the acceptance, monitoring and performance of contracts between the Company and our customers, including pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations and contractual changes.
 

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college/university; minimum of three years related experience/training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience/training.

Preferred Requirements:

* Microsoft Office skills a plus.
* Demonstrated experience with market analysis and market trends 
* Experience in General Terms Agreements (GTA), Product Support Agreements (PSA) contracts, and proposal creation.
* Must have customer interface experience as well as analysis on markets, products and competitions.
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures/manuals and product drawings.
* Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standards may exist.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and Company associates.
