Sales Support Representative
We are currently seeking a representative for the Sales Support call center. This position will support agents on all pre-sale questions, and actively promote Americo’s life and annuity products and supporting services. Key areas of responsibility include:
Provide sales assistance and training on all Americo products and services.
Provide detailed support on Americo’s website, . Show agents how to find product information, forms, supplies, pending business, sales reports, etc.
Assist agents with the illustration system, including running quotes and illustrations, downloading software, understanding illustrations.
Make proactive calls to new and existing agents to promote Americo.
Help agents understand how to accurately complete all forms for new sales.
Participate in various marketing projects.
Requirements:
Candidates for the Sales Support Representative position should possess the following:
Call center / sales support experience.
Ability to effectively communicate technical/product information in non-technical manner.
Ability to quickly dissect a problem and develop a solution.
Ability to communicate and work with different types of personalities.
Experience working with life insurance and annuity products, or other financial services
