The Senior Solutions Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, managing and executing the product marketing lifecycle for Enterprise GRC solutions. RSA intends to become the leader in delivering best-in-class Enterprise GRC solutions.
Specific responsibilities include: . Drive strategy to support Enterprise GRC market requirements and go-to-market plans including: market segmentation and business analysis, competitive analysis, offer positioning, creation of value propositions (ROI and TCO tools), pricing models and strategies . Managing the development of product specifications necessary for the Enterprise GRC market (including required content, integrations, and specific solution requirements). . Close interaction with sales, customers and prospects to better understand market/customer requirements. . Alignment and integration with product management and other marketing functions to develop and bring to market complete customer offerings and messaging. . Act as an evangelist in the marketplace by speaking with analysts, media outlets, and at conferences while also serving as an industry expert in discussions with sales prospects and partners. . Lead a team of Enterprise GRC Solutions Managers . Develop and deliver sales tools and training (presentations, competitive analysis, case studies, etc.) . Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, PR, AR, product management, and services to ensure that product and solutions are positioned, messaged, and communicated effectively.
Requirements · 7-10 years working experience in Enterprise governance, risk and compliance activities · Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to translate technical features and functions into the business benefits they provide to customers; ability to interface well with technical customers · Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving · Entrepreneurial, can-do approach coupled with a strong desire to make a difference · Strong executive presence and ability to evangelize new products, strategies, and processes, as well as an ability to work effectively with wide range of personalities · Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the business unit and across EMC · Bachelors’ degree required. MBA a strong plus.
