The incumbent will: . Arranges meetings and / or community events on or off site. . Responsible for managing contract database. . Facilitates cross-functional communication as necessary to achieve objectives. . May pull together a unique project team that has the necessary knowledge and perspective to resolve the specific issue. . Proactively addresses interpersonal problems in a professional manner in order to avoid future conflicts. . Uses a systematic decision-making approach to research, analyze, and provide feedback on issues, policies and procedures. . Makes a systematic effort to obtain needed data or feedback; performing in-depth investigation from unusual sources. . Does comprehensive investigation into issues and develops and implements solutions so the problems do not recur. . Works independently with only general guidance on a wide variety of activities. . Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workloads for self and other individuals. . The selected candidate is required to possess the following: . High school diploma with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination. . Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision and attention to accuracy and detail. . Professionalism, diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external customers. . Requires flexibility and the capability to establish priorities, change pace with little or no notice and meet imposed deadlines with frequent interruptions.
