Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY:
Working remotely  as part of the Technical Services program, these positions are responsible for developing revenue within existing regional technical clients in the Central U.S, generating new business opportunities with assigned industry sector targets in accordance with PSC business goals and policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Prospect and develop account opportunities in university, pharmaceutical, bio-technology, laboratory and related industries
. Manage designated accounts to meet and exceed sales goals
. Represent all environmental businesses at key accounts through effective presentation
. Secure contracts and MSAs; contribute in negotiating successful contract terms, driving implementation and securing opportunities
. Track customer needs and volume potential; track market trends, create, and implement sales strategies
. Communicate key opportunities, issues, and information on accounts with regional sales teams (working closely with Regional Sales Managers) and influence sales strategies
. Assist in development and delivery of responses to RFPs, RFIs and bid proposals for key accounts
. Provide in-depth, accurate client management information to operations team
. Maintain detailed client records and account plans in CRM; oversee and report strategic information and KPI requirements to management
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
. A BS/BA in Science-related field, Marketing, or Other
. 3+ years Technical Sales - Hazardous Waste Sector or,
. 2-5 years in Technical Client Management
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
. The ability to interact with client representatives including management, purchasing, legal and environmental compliance.
. The ability to secure profitable revenue growth and meet budgetary requirements
. Team with the Director of Technical Services, National Accounts, proposal group, and operations personnel at various levels.
. Significant knowledge of technical requirements of labpack clients, including RCRA, DOT and OHSA regulations and requirements.
. Significant knowledge of lab pack services and client on-site regulatory requirements
. Ability to work independently using initiative and effective communication to solve challenges.
. Excellent computer competency including but not limited to Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 100081
